Mr. & Mrs. Irineo Aguilar Sr. opened a 1,200 sqft Meat Market at the conner of 22nd and university Dr. in Edinburg, Tx.
1984
Aguilar's Meat Market expands to a larger building right next door, which was called City Auto Parts at the time, and makes it their new home.
1989
Mr. Ireneo Aguilar Sr. sadly passes away leaving his legacy in the good hands of his wife and children.
1992
Aguilar's Meat Market Edinburg #2 opens at 3317 W. University Dr. Edinburg TX.
2007
Mrs. Elida Aguilar sadly passes away after 20 years of continuing with her late husband's business.
2022
Aguilar's Meat Market is expected to open at the corner of 23rd & La Vista in McAllen, TX.

Aguilar's Meat Market is a full service, "old-fashioned" meat market providing quality meats and personal friendly service to the entire Rio Grande Valley with two location in Edinburg, TX. We are committed to providing our customers with a high quality shopping experience.

To better serve our growing community, Aguilar's Meat Market opened a 2nd location on April 2007 at 3317 W. University Dr. in Edinburg, TX. With God's blessings, the business eventually outgrew its facility. In January 2022 the building was expanded to better serve our customers and growing community.

No, unfortunately at the moment our facility does not have the inspection to offer shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not offer wild game processing services in store. Tip Of Texas Deer Processing is located next door to our East Edinburg locations.

Aguilar's is always looking to welcome new team members. applications can be found on our website under the jobs tab or come instore to apply.

Christmas and Thanksgiving are the only days we are closed thought the year.
